PASTRY CHEF

The Ontario Hostelry Institute Pastry Chef Professional Development Award was established by the Institute, in association with the Granite Club of Toronto, Canada’s largest private club, to assist young pastry chefs who have demonstrated exceptional professional promise and wishing to advance to their next career level. The $6,500 award money is to be used toward an advanced pastry arts course at a reputable institute anywhere in North America or elsewhere and a one-week stage arranged by the OHI. The recipient is offered the choice of a stage with top pastry chefs in North America.
