The Ontario Hostelry Institute will undertake to provide financial assistance up to $10,000. in 2010 to a graduate of the 3 year post graduate Italian Culinary Arts Diploma or to a graduate of the Bachelor of Applied Business in Hospitality Operations Degree from the Centre of Hospitality and Culinary Arts at George Brown College to attend either the Undergraduate Gastronomy Program or Master's Degree of Gastronomy Program at the Slow Food University in Pollenzo Italy.
