The Evening
During the evening functions that 'celebrated success' the participants where surrounded with activities that generated fun, excitement and more funds for the continuing work of the OHI.

At the beginning of the evening the popular Balloon popping and surprise gifts inside the balloons were a big hit! Thank to all of those who participated as sponsors and balloon players more funds where accumulated to assist the OHI’s scholarship efforts.

The silent auction was a great success with patrons circulating the tables to view the special opportunities and pleasures donated to the event by loyal and supported sponsors. At the end of the evening the highest bidders to the silent auction collected their treasures.

And of course activity swelled while diners participated in the ‘Live Auction’ while Gala Auctioneer, Bethann Colle - a personality favourite, auctioned off 10 stunning items designed specifically by sponsors and the OHI to maximize bidders culinary and hospitality pleasures in many unique ways.
